  • What is your exchange/return policy?
    Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt for quality accuracy and damage during shipment. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase and would like to return your merchandise, you may return your merchandise within 10 days of the date of merchandise receipt on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, OR WASHED. Please note: We do not refund initial shipping and handling charges paid by the customer as part of the original purchase. All return shipping costs for merchandise are the responsibility of the customer (including the return original shipping fee for items that were initially shipped for free). Sale items are final sale and are not available for return - these items may only be exchanged for another product or store credit. Merchandise returns must be accompanied by the Transaction ID and/or Receipt Number from the original purchase along with the CarVa Return Form.
  • What is your exchange policy?
    Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt for quality accuracy and damage during shipment. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange your merchandise, you may return your merchandise within 21 days of the date of merchandise receipt on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, OR WASHED. Please note: We do not refund initial shipping and handling charges paid by the customer as part of the original purchase. All return shipping costs for merchandise are the responsibility of the customer (including the return original shipping fee for items that were initially shipped for free). If the exchange results in a total amount exceeding the original purchase total, an invoice will be provided to the customer detailing the applicable costs difference. If the exchange results in a total amount less than the original purchase total, CarVa will send the difference amount owed to the customer as part of the exchange package. Merchandise exchanges must be accompanied by the Transaction ID and/or Receipt Number from the original purchase as well as the details for the desired item(s) to be exchanged with. Merchandise exchanges must also be accompanied by the CarVa Exchange Form.
