Ordering is easy at CarVa and designed around your busy schedule. Get what you need when you need it, in the easiest manner possible.

Step 1: Get a Quote

Contact one of our Customer Service Representatives to receive a quote for the products you would like to order.

The price of your order is primarily determined by:

• the quantity of product(s) you select
• the type of product(s) you select
• the type of customization you select for those product(s)
  • For screen printing: total number of colors needed for printing and number of imprint locations (e.g. front, back, sleeve, pants, hood, single-sided, double-sided, etc.)
  • For embroidery: total number of stitches and number of imprint locations
  • For signs: imprint locations, sign material, installation, etc

Other factors such as personalization or special requests also affect the cost.

Please note that orders for screen printing or embroidery require a minimum of 12 pieces ordered.

Step 2: Send Us Your Artwork

Quality artwork will ensure that your image looks fantastic! Send us your high resolution, true-to-size, vector artwork by e-mail to info@carvasigns.com. Click here to for more art guidelines.

If you do not have a design created already, we can create the artwork for you. Detailed or difficult artwork may incur additional charges. Contact us for exact pricing (based on desired design specifications). Previously manufactured products may not be considered as camera-ready. Artwork charges may apply.

Step 3: Choose Payment Method

CarVa accepts the following payment methods, all orders must be paid in advance.

• Business Check
• Money Order
• Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express)
• PayPal
• Cash

A retail sales tax will be applied to orders for customers who reside in the states of Virginia and North Carolina only.

Step 4: Place Your Order

Submit your Custom Order Form in person, by phone, fax, or e-mail:

We will email you a picture proof showing the detailed design as we plan to imprint it. Order production will begin upon customer confirmation of proof.

Production times are typically 2-3 weeks, depending on our current work schedule and the quantity/complexity of your order.

Orders requiring completion in less than 14 days from the date of order confirmation are subject to a $50 rush order fee. Rush orders will be accepted at the discretion of CarVa.

Step 5: Receive Your Order

CarVa will contact you upon completion of production for your order. You can receive your order via the following methods:

• Pick-up
• Via USPS or UPS mail
